Poverty, displacement, and conflict have disrupted the economic stability of many households in northeast Nigeria. JDPC Maiduguri’s Livelihood and Economic Empowerment program is designed to restore self-reliance, dignity, and long-term resilience among vulnerable individuals and communities.
We equip beneficiaries—particularly women, youth, and displaced persons—with vocational skills, start-up support, and access to income-generating opportunities. Our approach promotes sustainable economic recovery through both individual and group-based livelihood interventions.
By strengthening household income and food security, we reduce dependence on humanitarian aid and foster inclusive growth within communities recovering from conflict.
